Exercise Rehabilitation and Health Coaching For Long Term Conditions

A chronic/long term condition is a condition or symptoms that last for more than 3 months. Living with a long term condition can impact on our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Health coaching empowers you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to manage your overall health. It uses the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help you become more active, improve your diet, lose or maintain weight, and be in control of your mood and emotional wellbeing. Health Coaching will motivate you to live a fulfilling life despite your limitations.
